The 405 open would not be possible without ALL OF THE of hard-working individuals that volunteer! This is your chance to be part of the fun and work behind the scenes to help crown the Fittest FOUR IN THE 405.

There are several volunteer teams that do everything from REGISTRATION TO REP COUNTING during THE COMPETITION to acting as PARKING SECURITY for OUR event. ONCE YOU SIGN-UP TO VOLUNTEER AT OUR EVENT, WE WILL PLACE YOU ON THE TEAM WHERE WE NEED THE MOST help! WE WILL LET YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT POSITION YOU WILL BE IN AT THE MANDATORY VOLUNTEER MEETING.
